So things have been moving forward. They're moving slowly, but at least they are moving forward....
We are having some problems with our new address. Since the house we're buying is a new build and is on a new road (a small court). The road has to be registered with the township, which in turn has to be registered with the USPS. Apparently something happened in chain of command and none of the addresses on our Court were registered with USPS. It's tough to get an appraisal, a inspection and a mortgage without an address that is registered with USPS. So... we're still waiting... But they keep telling us that things should be taken care of any day, and it shouldn't really delay us much...
We're looking at closing between the end of March and early April! I can't wait now!
