Things are moving forward!

So we have had a busy week this week.  We had the appraisal come in and we're happy to report that it came in higher than we were expecting!  We also have had our conditional approval come through and we are just working on getting the final paperwork in.  We even got to walk through the house again with our realtor and Landon's parents!  I took a ton of pictures!  Here are some of my favorites!

We are within two weeks of closing.  We still don't have the date set yet, but we're thinking it will be sometime between the 24th and the 31st of March!  I can't wait to be in the house!
